Artwork Transferred
When you purchase graphic design services by MITZI, you receive a CD containing high resolution, reproducible digital files of your completed project.
Our long distance clients receive the DVD/CD containing their purchased graphic design files by express delivery (shipping costs quoted separately).
All artwork files created and supplied to the client by MITZI DESIGNS is copyrighted by MITZI DESIGNS.
Client can print, and re-print Digital Originals (at any offset/ digital printshop or photo-lab), to any quantity, at any time, in its original state. Files can also be uploaded to your website.
However, any changes or alterations required to the artwork files will be completed by MITZI DESIGNS. At which time, new files will be supplied to client on CD, via email, express packaging etc.
(A 50% deposit is required for each project commissioned to Mitzi Designs.)

In every design, graphics are customized to your individual needs. Corporate branding can include various stages of development, and Creative Collages may vary in the amount of graphics or photographs used.
All projects are discussed in detail by phone and/or your first FREE consultation, so that both client and graphic designer are clear on the creative timelines needed, materials used, and various degrees of Photo-Editing required.
Each project is calculated in Canadian Currency plus applicable taxes.
Changes are normal.
Most initial designs require some minor alterations. Enhancing certain elements and developing creations can change as the stages of design work are put upon the page. Most reasonable changes are a part of the business, and will not be considered an extra charge.

A 10% discount is offered on your next graphic design or digital photography service purchase, when a client you have referred, makes a purchase from MITZI DESIGNS.
